We review facts, documents, strengths, risks and potential outcomes and explore amicable settlement before or during proceedings.

Arbitration and Settlement Procedures

We handle disputes governed by the relevant centres and rules, including the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution and others according to the parties’ agreement. We prepare submissions, organise evidence and support clients throughout the proceedings.

We also assist in drafting settlement agreements, following up on resulting obligations, and matters concerning recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, coordinating with specialist colleagues outside Bahrain when necessary.
