Personal Status and Family Matters

The family is protected under Bahrain’s Constitution. We provide legal services that respect the privacy and sensitivity of family disputes and the interests of family members.

We handle personal status matters in Bahrain under the relevant rules and procedures, including matters subject to Sunni or Jaʿfari jurisprudence and civil matters for non-Muslims according to the applicable law.
